How to Book
Select a counselling team member.
Select length of session: AH60 (60 min) or AH30 (30 min).
Select staff member from the filter, then choose a date and time.
Complete your personal information. Note whether you'd like a phone or video session, then click Pay Now.
On the checkout page, enter your promo code where it says "Enter a promo code": SPOKE50. This reduces the payment by 50%.
You'll receive an email confirmation and a calendar notification. If you chose video, it will include your session link. If you chose phone, the team member will call you at the booked time.
