An informal evening in Zürich built around good food, laughter, conversation and connection, kindly hosted by our friends at Nüni, in the historic former SBB Werkstadt in Altstetten.

About the evening
Not a seminar. A great night out.
Men's mental health often sits somewhere in our stories, but it is rarely the whole story. We are partners, friends, colleagues, sons and brothers. We laugh, work, worry, celebrate, get things wrong and try to make sense of life.
So this is not a seminar, a panel discussion or an evening of being talked at. It is first and foremost a great night out.
Along the way, we will make space for a few conversations that matter, share some of the practical support available to men in Switzerland and unveil a couple of new initiatives.
And because men's mental health does not only affect men, the evening is open to everyone. Women, partners, spouses, friends, colleagues and supporters are all very welcome.

A set from Basel-based comedian Teddy Hall, whose show SLAYBOY won Best Stand Up Comedy at the 2025 Reykjavík Fringe Festival.
Audience interaction & raffle
Raffle proceeds support Blokes & Black Dogs.
Conversations that matter
We'll share practical support available to men in Switzerland and announce a couple of new initiatives.

Coming with a partner, friend or colleague? You can book up to four tickets together.
Giving back
At least 25% of every ticket sold will be donated to Cancer Support Switzerland.

Reduced tickets
If the standard ticket price is a barrier, 10% of tickets are set aside at just CHF 19 on a first-come, first-served basis for anyone currently registered with the RAV, receiving support through a Sozialdienst or receiving IV support. Please contact martin@otii.io directly.
