Mark
Walk Leader, Adelaide
Growing up in a time when blokes didn't really talk to now where we are trying to encourage it more and more, it is a passion of mine to encourage these conversations to become part of everyday life. After losing a mate a few years back to suicide, someone that seemed always happy, it has really hit home the importance of communication and the role Spoke to a Bloke can play. By talking to blokes in my life, I have seen that not everyone is as happy as they may be showing on the outside. I'm excited to be part of Spoke to a Bloke and proud to do my small bit in making sure all the blokes in my life continue to speak.

Walk Leader, Adelaide
Some of the most meaningful people in my life have and continue to battle, courageously, with anxiety and depression. And I know more than a handful of good mates, who've either lost close male friends to suicide or know someone currently struggling. We're all in this together. I'm excited to be part of Spoke to a Bloke and proud to do my small bit in support of Men's mental health, our families and communities.

After the walk
Lunch is available at the finish venue after the walk. It's not included in your ticket, but it's a good reason to stick around.
Family and supporters are welcome to meet you at the finish line and join the celebrations. You don't need to complete the full distance. The point is showing up.
Can't finish? That's fine. Let a volunteer know and exit the course at any point.
