Hi, I'm Jon Irving and I'll be the North (Sydney) Walk leader for my first time in 2027. I am 55 and have been a first responder most of my adult life. Unfortunately I have had to witness the trauma of suicide first hand and the ripple effects, some times more like a Tsunami that shatters many, family friends that are involved. I've lost colleagues that have taken their lives also. I'm committed to reducing the 2548 lives that are lost annually. Whether it's your first Spoke walk or you're a veteran please join me (insert date) to walk for a bloke.

After the walk
Lunch is available at the finish venue after the walk. It's not included in your ticket, but it's a good reason to stick around.
Family and supporters are welcome to meet you at the finish line and join the celebrations. You don't need to complete the full distance. The point is showing up.
Can't finish? That's fine. Let a volunteer know and exit the course at any point.
